Terms and Conditions of Sale

Taste Safe does not sell, supply or deliver products to the United States, Canada or any of their states, provinces or territories.

We currently deliver only to the locations displayed as available during checkout. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if we cannot lawfully or practically deliver it to the nominated address.

Taste Safe makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, packaging images, ingredients and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

Product packaging, colours and appearance may vary slightly from website images. Minor variations do not affect your rights where a product materially differs from its description or otherwise fails to comply with a consumer guarantee.

Placing an Order

When you place an order, you confirm that:

You are authorised to use the selected payment method.
You have reviewed the product information, ingredients and relevant warnings before purchasing.
The delivery address is correct and accessible.

An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch if a product is unavailable, a pricing or website error has occurred, payment cannot be processed, fraud is suspected, or we cannot deliver to the nominated address.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled products and any applicable delivery charges.

Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be displayed before you complete checkout.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order is dispatched. Prices and promotions may change without notice, but changes will not affect an order that we have already accepted.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We make reasonable efforts to keep stock information accurate, but a product may become unavailable after an order is placed.

If an item is unavailable, we will contact you and offer an appropriate alternative where available or provide a refund for the unavailable item.
